I have been having problems for the last 2 weeks. I forgot my self help password and it took a long time, but I finally changed it. Now it says 'does not reconize username or password' I have been trying everything, but the same message keeps coming up. I even went to saved passwords and typed in exactly as I seen it. I have tried incog. I have tried erasing all passwords, nothing. Any suggestions?

You will need to message the mods to get this looked after for you.
- PM Phone Number
- 4 digit PIN
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called numbers
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card

I have tried using different browsers, but it still doesn't reconize username, or password, frustrating
