So it's been about 3 days since I switched from Koodo to Publicmobile and I still have no access to any data,text or talk. I also cannot port my number, so essentially I got charged just to lose all my cell phone useage. I've tried emailing the Mods but get no replies in return. What can I do? is there a way to get a refund?

Hey thanks, I have tried private messaging the Mods but I guess they're swamped with messages so I haven't got replies. How did you manage to facebook message them?

I would also suggest you to send mod a private message with your phone number and account number asap so you can get in line for help. You should also try facebook message PM as I have quicker response with facebook message.
