Please help my phone is still not working after changing plans been 24hrs and can't text or call.. everytime I try to call it says it's long distance.. I have provincial wide calling and texting.. I've spent money on this and sitting with nothing.. I'm waiting on a realtor to call me and need this fixed.. also waiting on a call from a surgeon for my little girl... please please fix asap my number is *****

Urge you to create a plan to cope with your "outage". The moderators have left for the day and the backlog is so large it may be a few days before they can address your problem. In your message to them be sure to highlight that your service is down.
For managing now, you can make & receive phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi. Texting adds $2/mo.
By the way, have you considered the promo plan? On a 90 day plan it costs just $15 more.
It's a tough spot but will get sorted.
