I habe pre-authorized payments set up for a plan that's $46.61. Today I noticed thr payment disnt come out. Logged in and it says the account is suspended unless payment is received... I click button to pay, it takes the $46.61 from my checking account but still says I habe to pay an additional al $41.25 to activate a new plan. What is going on??? The "available balance" says 41.25 so I click again to pay from that and it gives me two receipts for 41.25 and still says my account is suspended BUT I have full service. Omg HELP!

Just an update. The next day I received a text saying thankyou for your payment. Just seems the system is slow. I'm glad that was the case. I was really worried. Thank you for all of your help!

I am able to login into my account.
maybe try again later. As long as your phone is working, the warning will go away later this morning.

Incognito and a different browser still same error.. I'll try my computer once kids go to school. The main page said my preauthorized payment was due today Oct 26th while the payment page said today's date had a 0 balance. At the top of every page I still had the Your account is suspended please pay box. Have had public mobile since August and never had this problem plus my daughter has it too and her payment last week came out just fine.

Again, a different glitch.
Try to login in either via a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. The website is finicky. You could even try a different device.

I had just logged out of thr page so i went to log back in and check payment history and now it's saying "system error please try again" I cannot get into my account...

No problem. Just happened to be online at the same time.
Dialing 611, 1-855 and self service account will give the same warnings.
You could check your payment history page to see further details. It should show your plan renewing overnight, etc. If you have any questions, you could screenshot the payment history page (omit any personal information).

Hi. Thank you for replying so quickly. Despite doing the second payment from thr voucher it still says the amount for $41.25 is still available even though they sent me a receipt. Plus the plan price is $46.61 which was taken from my account. I called the 1855 number to get my account information and it says my account is suspended as well. I still have internet and text service and can call. For now. This is just to weird.

If your phone is working, I would ignore the warnings. It is standard PM procedure to have various warnings on evening and overnight from payment due date. It often scares customers.
If you have extra available funds (ie. doubled payed this payment period), that could be used for next month payment. You could ask for refund from customer service agent, but it will take several weeks to process and easier to leave in your available balance for next month.
