Shazia I sent you a pm and email to fix port problem . My freedom plan expires today and I got Aissata to do port but I gave her wrong account number of freedom . Ben here . Please check your pm today as port not done

Shazia you really did great u got my port done today. But please read my private message I want the 120 promo freedom deal . I pay 58 already for data plan and got temporary number u did port today but I still not sure how to get the 120 deal Do I top up 62 dollars then will u give me the deal. Ben by the way I as m new and u gave me bravo points today helping the Quebec girl issues if. Ben

I could not port when I signed up in June so I got temporary number and got data only plan 58 dollars . I was advised that I now need to pay 62 more to get 120 promo by Marie . I will need this sorted by Shazia I hope by Tuesday Ben

I see that the port request has failed due to the wrong account number provided (little typo I guess) 😛 

 

The port has been requested, please allow at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for the port to complete. You will receive a text message saying that the port has completed and then simply reboot your phone 🙂

If you have already sent the necessary private messages, posting on this public forum will not help at all.  It is likely distracting.  Hopefully, the moderators will get around to your problem shortly.  They are rather backlogged due to the ongoing promo.
