I have tried paying both via my phone (*611), and via my online account. None will process my credit card.
Much help would be welcomed!

I am having the same issue, cannot process anything, tried different visas and different computers, also the one thats on file with public mobile isnt going thru.
no issue with card i called visa about it.

Thanks for the suggestions, but none worked.
If I cannot process the payment via my phone either, it is more than likely not a browser issue.

Try using another browser or in private/incognito browsing mode. Try using another card if you have. Alternatively, you can purchase public mobile voucher from local stores.
