Help: changing a plan is failed

I tried to change my old plan to unlim call province + unlim global SMS + 3gb + bonus. It was an message that it will change on August 4. Then it was strange red inscription in my account kind of "yout account was suspended". But at the end I have same plan. What to do?

No, there's no warning message anymore. At present time it is usual picture expect payment. 😉

@deyneko1 I think you stumbled upon a common bug. If you still have service, please don't worry and check your account again tomorrow morning. 

If it still doesn't fix itself then please send a private message to @CS_Agent explaining your issue and providing your number.

If you still see the suspended warning, wait till tomorrow morning and see if it changes. If not, you can send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account# and ph#.
