I have a top up number and it says that it is not working when i try to top up manually by myself. Please help me. I also need to create my online acocunt for my self-serve and i have tried 10 times already and it is not working. It registers me as if i was a new customer trying to activate a new line. It has been almost 10 years that i am a customer of public mobile.

Worse case scenario use muskbird.com to purchase an automatic top up (Public Mobile RTR) it should automatically reactivate your account. Use Interac or e-transfer and pay only a $0.30 fee. Credit card or PayPal incurs a 7.5% surcharge on your top up amount.
When you originally activated did you do it yourself online or at a retail location? If it was at a retail location you will absolutely need the help of an agent to finish your self serve account creation. Either way send a detailed private message to customer support by clicking on the link below.

where you got your voucher and when you got it? some vouchers has a 24 hours wait time. can only be added after 24 hours of purchase
