The first time I paid I forgot to add text to my 90 day plan. I had to redo my plan and pay another $120 to get my text service to work. I would like a refund of the first transaction.

Let one of the mods know that your text service was not working and you got charged twice when you tried changing the plan. Make sure you send a private message including your Public Mobile phone number, account number and desired plan.
