Receive a text message from Public Mobile saying I entered the wrong account number from my old provider. So transfering my number is unsucessful. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

Thank you. I have already submitted a ticket with all the information required including my account number with old provider. Hope I can get reply soon.

Please double check the account number for the service at your old carrier. After doing that, submit a ticket to contact a Public MObiel customer support agent. That can be done through either the chabot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or from the support section of the Public Mobile app.
