HI so I'm new to public mobile this is my third month. This month I wanted to uparade my data so I did I changed my plan I added the needed funds but it renewed my old plan so I'm left with ten bucks in my "wallet" and no extra data=( my boyfriend says tag a moderator but he can't remember how =(( please help

Please I changed my plan. They asked me if I wanted to top up to make it official but my plan is still the same . Can someone help me please

Hi @Inchjessee,
The Moderators may be able to help you update your plan to the plan you intended to renew to, I don't see why not, especially in this case since you're spending more on the plan 😉
