I already have a Public Mobile account for my phone. I wanted to move my wife's phone over so I tried to open an account with a different email. Evidently I had already already done so so Public seems to have merged the two (I get me for both email addresses). Anyhow, I figured, OK, I'll get a new ESIM for her. I paid for it, it was confirmed by email. Now I have no idea how to get the ESIM onto her phone because when I log her in to my account it thinks it is me. I have no idea what to do.
