Help! I have a failed port from Bell from 4 days ago

I am not getting calls or texts even after a restart. Data works on the new SIM, but the old SIM still works and is receiving calls and texts

They tried again, it did fail even with verifying. Got passed to Bell support and got them to make it easier. Lost signal on the old card and can call on the new one now. Not receiving 2FA codes yet, but expecting a delay there.

let us know what porting team tells you @bnlnzl

Yes I have ported from Bell before so I made sure to reply to that text. I’m calling the porting team to sort it out, thank you.

did you ever get a text from Bell and you replied Yes within 90 days?

no worries, call the PM porting team and they can sort it out.  I will send you the phone number to your Community inbox, click on the envelope icon on the top right
