Help!!!!!! Cant connect when calling

Whenever I try to call someone I immediately get disconnected and it says call ended

Instead of going straight to factory reset, I would try clearing the phone dialer app data, stopping the ap and restarting it.  This is definitely a phone software issue.  Another option is to download a different dialer to see if that helps.

@Icemaid do you have access to another SIM card you could try in your phone (friend, family member, coworker) and/or an unlocked (or locked to telus/koodo is fine) phone you could try your SIM card in?  I'm not thinking it's the phone that's the issue, and a factory reset is pretty invasive procedure.  I suspect this is an account issue/system gltich more likely than phone issue.

@Icemaid forgive me for asking, but have you tried rebooting your phone?  (Aka power it off, wait 30 seconds, power it back on).  If not, could you try that and see if it changes anything?

Is it one number in particular, or is it all outgoing calls?

Before you do that, confirm that your account shows active and it shows Canada/US Wide calling in the acccount?

I have unlimited canada/us calling so haven't run out of minutes.  

I can text, receive texts and answer calls but wont let me call out.

this has just started yesterday, was working before that.

If you are an existing customer it could be you used up all of your mins. Let us know some details so we can narrow it down further. When I used up my mins it actually sent me a text that I had 10 mins left the minute I ran out of mins....Then another call wouldn't go through and I was confused, so maybe that happened to you too? If so, did you check your account in top right corner?
