Hello there,my account is locked and i get a message saying "please contact Public for Help"..what is the number I can call?

If you're an older customers (before January 27, 2015), you can speak to a live representative by phone at 1-855-478-2542 or by calling *611 from your cellphone.
After this date, you can contact Public Mobile only by email.
How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "My Account"
- Choose "Privacy and Security"
- Choose "General Information"
- Choose "No"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
An agent of Public Mobile will try to answer you ASAP.
