Can someone tell me how to contact a real person at public so I can speak to a representative about getting my original number and account back I need it in order to log into my gmail so it's kinda important t.i.a

There isn't a phone number but a private message to a CSA will be with a live person. They can look into this for you but if it is over 90 days and if it wasn't an original PM/Telus #, chances may be pretty slim. Have you called the number to see if anyone answers or if it is out of service?

Did you let it fully deactivate after 90 days? If not then you should be able to get it going again yourself. When was your last payment?
If it has fully deactivated then reply back with the first 6 digits and we can see where it's from. If it's a Telus family phone number then maybe you might get it back. The account would be gone though. You would need to start from scratch.

Nope, no live person contact at PM. And if your account has been closed and account lost, no way to get it back.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
