I too have had issues logging into my self serve account. Got it reset, change password worked for a week, and now same problem, can't log on. Fortunately I still have service and don't have to pay my bill until late Jan. Hoping these the mods can squish all the activation bugs and start fixing some problems. Aside from that, loving the service.

I have finally switched to Public Mobile, however still having issue logging in to my Account. For some reason I got a text message saying that text messaging is not included in my plan, but I would like to log in to self service to veriy my current plan.
Will wait for a response from PM team...

Here is everything you need to know about getting a hold of a moderator:
They are currently backlogged due to problems associated with the recent promotion. This should not be the case once the backlog is cleared.
PM has comitted to honoring the promotion for anyone who experienced issues activating or porting:
It is clear to us we will not be able to help everyone between now and the closure of this promotion on Sunday. We will not be extending this promotion but we will honour the promotion for anyone who had activation or porting failures during the promotion period (October 25-November 20).
