Having problems with Visa/Debit Payment

I've been with Public Mobile for a couple months now , and have paid each month using my Visa/Debit card.  I recently updated my card which expired.  It has been activated by my bank.  I've tried several times now and Public Mobile won't accept the card - keeps saying it was refused by card issuer (in this case ,Royal Bank ).  I've contacted Royal Bank and the card is fine , no issues.  I'm not sure what the problem is...

@bb6640  It's not your card that is the issue it's Public's system. As suggested best to submit a ticket and ask the moderator team to remove any account locks that may have been triggered.

Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Also, you can try a different browser.

 

Enter the credit card address “exactly” as it appears on your statement.

 

Leave the apartment field blank. If needed enter your apartment number in the street address field.

 

Note: The credit card will get locked after a few failed attempts. You will then have to contact a moderator for assistance to have it unlocked.
