Having problems Making a Payment

I tried to make a payment and it didn't say that payment was recievedor anything.. Just went back to same screen, so I tried again, and the same thing happend!! I had better not have just paid twiced! This happened before and I think this is not right!!! 

 

Did my payment go through or what should I do to get payment to PM??

         I used a different browser and it worked...

 

I must be tired, I didn't think of that!!  🙂

If your credit card confirms payment hasn't gotten through, you can try the following to make the payment:

 

- clear your browser cache and history and try again or

- use another browser such as Safari or Chrome or

- make a manual payment with the assistance of the @CS_Agent

I just finished talking with my CC provider and theysaid there was nothing at this times from public Mobile coming on or off the card!... But what about later, can they still take 2 payments because I did it twice? this happened once before to me and I don't like that.. Why does the page not say after you cleck sumit Success or not successfull?? This is hard to tell if it was paid or not!!!  It just went to the same page!!!!

It says:

 

No usage occurred within the date range selected.

 

So that means it didn't go through right?

Go into the payment history, what does it say there?  Check your payment card account to see what it says.  Hopefully everything matches.
