thank you for your info, I was able to call 611 to remove auto pay and I will just port over my number to the other carrier.

Were you suspended for more than 90 days? If so, your account and phone number is gone.
But if not, and your "Forgot my password" option is not working, contact the moderators to get you back into the account (if you want to remove your credit card).
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
1 - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right hand side of your screen, or use this link to:
Get Help With SIMon the Public Mobile chatbot
OR
2 - Use this link to:
Private Message to Public Mobile Moderators(PM Customer Service Representatives)

@Ebeckett17 If the password reset is not working, you will need to contact moderators. You can do so by clicking the chat bubble in the lower right corner, and opening a ticket. use something like reset password to start off the process.
BTW, you should remove your CC information from your account prior to 'cancelling'. Also, keep in mind that if you cancel, you cannot port out your number. Normal procedure is to remove CC, disable autopay, and then transfer number to new provider(if you need to). Transferring out will automatically cancel the account.
