Haven't topped up for more than 90 days and login disabled.

I haven't topped up for more than 90 days as I was out of the country -exactly for 93 days-. Now my login has been disabled, I can't even sign in to My Account. Does this mean my account was completely cancelled and I lost my number? Should I order a new SIM card and start the activation process as a first user?

Hi @jjb45!

 

On the bright side, PM launched new plans today that look better than the older plans.  

Take a look at the announcement section and/or the plan page.

 

Order a new sim card asap and join the fun again 🙂

Yes, unfortunately your account has been deactivated as more than 90 days have passed since suspension.

 

You have to order a new SIM-Card and activate it with a new account.
