In the Public Mobile app, under the "About Public Points" -> "How to Redeem Points" -> "Redeeming on Lower Your Bill", it said "By redeeming 15 points on Lower Your Bill, you'll receive a $15 credit on your next bill". However, when I go to the Catalogue, only "20 points for $20 Bill Credit" was available. Is the %15 credit option missing or the "About Public Points" content wasn't correct?
Thanks.

@Dunkman Thanks for the info. I'll wait for it to reach $20 then. 😂

Public mobile sometimes makes these errors when things change. From past experience, unfortunately, you will need to wait until you collect 20 points to purchase $20 credit.

Thank you so much! That's too bad, after I saw the $15 info, I had my next bill payment all planned for in my head! And then it's $20, while I only have 19 something credit. 🤣 Any chance that I can still redeem for $15 since it's Public Mobile that gave me the wrong info. 😁

Unfortunately, Public mobile recently changed the rewards points catalogue. Previously it was 15 points for $15 bill credit. Now, it is 20 points for $20 credit.
Public mobile did not change the previous information. I will let PM staff know.
