Yes, off course HTC Desire 510 is compatible with all above networks mentioned in your post. In case, if any of these or some another network is not working on device that either you troubleshoot it using Htc Desire 510 Manual or ask your sim manufacturer for help.

Yes, this phone will be compatibles if you purchase it from Best Buy. The frequency bands are correct for Public Mobile.

^Any Sim card phone that comes from Telus & Koodo is compatible with Public Mobile and most of them don't even need to be unlocked. Simply insert your Sim and you will be up and running in no time
