No worries. If you exceed the limit, it just means the system is doing it's job protecting your account. You just need to wait 1 hour and try again. A few things I'd suggest here since you weren't able to get in on your first 3 tries.
Clear your cache, cookies and history on your browser then reboot. Then try again. This time, click on forget password that way this will help you figure things out. Follow those instructions it asks.
As a last resort, you can reach out to a CS Agent via the chatbot at the bottom right corner.

Open a Ticket through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
