how long you didn't pay for your service? if over 90 day then your account it's be closed and i hope not.

Another approach is to dial 1-855-4pu-blic from another phone and enter your phone number and see what it comes up with. And how about the credit card question?

i can't call or text or do anything and i don't remember my account all i know my phone number and my info to support it but i need someone from the public mobile to contact me i try to open a ticket i couldn't either 

Are you able to login to your account? Are you able text? Internet (not on wifi)? Did you possibly deal with a credit card fraud problem recently?

Some more details would be helpful @margaretweinder ...like you are a new customer that just activated, or are you a customer that had working services all along, that this just starting happening?

 

First, does it show ACTIVE in your self serve account?

If Active, try:

  • restart your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • remove the SIM card and try it into another phone to see it if works
  • Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
  • Check for outages in your area:

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
