@LP9 - I have sent you a Private Message for the porting team to call. It is in your top right corner or maybe hidden within your avatar with a ( 1 ) on it.
Please insert your old SIM card to reply to their second port of YES and keep it inserted till your old providers SIM has no service.

If your number didn't transfer over use the chatbot or use a direct link to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

After you submit a ticket then check your inbox by clicking your avatar and clicking messages.
