Grandma lost everything

Hi there, My grandma has no clue any information related to her account. No password or anything else. She recently had to change her credit card because it was frauded, and so her payments stopped. We have no way to log into any account to make the payment from a new card. Basically we dont have access to the account or the phone number. I have been trying to open a ticket with no avail, please point me to someone who can help.

added...make sure to write down all passwords and pin numbers for future use. Keep in a safe place where you can remember where it is.
