Hello,
I have been unable to use my cellphone today. Every time I've tried, I get an error message: Server error please try later". Then the call drops. I have tried rebooting, resetting my network settings, factory resetting, removing and reinserting sim, and my calls are still not going through. Please help.

It sounds like it could be a provisional/backend issue with your SIM.
