I've sent my information via Direct Message and Facebook multiple times. My port from Koodo has messed up and I can't receive calls.

For those wondering about compensation....

 

This is what one of the mod's have told me.

 

I will be credited for the time that I have lost service.....

 

 

Not sure if that means just the time lost (which for me would be one week, and counting), or if they will also compensate for all the inconvenience and time/opportunities lost from not having any cell service at all.

 

We will wait to see.

I'm also on day 4 over here. Trying to be as patient as I can but I'd really like them to resolve my issue so I can get on with being their happy customer.

@PoweredByPho I am the same way, I have been with PM for over a year now and I am hoping that my trust in them is valid, and that I will be compensated!  It was very hard going without my phone, but at least I had my home phone and the internet! Kinda made it a bit easier. but it was hard when I wasn't home and needed my phone!

I want to give PM a shot and I do believe in this business model. However, even if I did want to switch carriers, I can't. Because my number is held hostage and stuck in this limbo that I can't get a single response to.

In your case I would honestly just switch carriers. 

 

Could you imagine signing up for a new monthly pass for a gym, and it was just closed for the first 10 days you signed up? Wouldn't you just switch to a new gym that's actually open every day?

Wow, how did you cope with that?


I can't even access my primary e-mail address right now because it's sending me a verification code to my number lol. And who knows how many deliveries I missed because my apartment building buzzer calls my cell phone. And all the expected delivieries are using my primary number.

 

I feel so helpless and crippled right now I don't even know what to do lol

The wait time is getting longer. It was 2 days maybe a week and a half ago, now it's taking 6 days.

              Don't feel bad, I have gone almost 17 days without any service at all. I have it up and running now, Just hoping to get a compensation now. I suggest being patient they will get to you as soon as they can.. I guess they are still busy..
