I need to get receipts beyond the 180 days and the ticket to do so won't submit

log in to your account > Payment > View Payment History..then use the drop down on top right side to see up to 12 mos.

you can do it yourself without ticket
login My Account, go to Payment history and you can download invoices for the last 365 days
if you really need PM to help, since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
