To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Try clearing your system cache and cookies and using an incognito or private tab if using the website to log in.
If using the public mobile app, go into the app and clear its cache and cookies and app data and try again.
