I now have serious doubts about this company. It doesn't seem like a scalable operation.
Their BSS and OSS systems seems pretty bad.

@Radkom Did you submit a ticket via chatbot? Apparently, there have been issues with ticket submissions so send a private message instead to CS_Agent and they will respond back usually within couple of hours although it'll probably be a little longer as the BF promos have caused some issues so they're dealing with a higher number of trouble tickets then normal.

I have the same error/issue. I opened a ticket more than 15 hours ago and no response from an agent. When will customer service get back to me?

I can't even get to my account page. I am still trying to sign up as a new subscriber.

@reycri Do you see the extra charges as an account balance in self serve? They can be left there and your next few payments will be deducted from your account balance.

@reycri Not familiar with that error code but if your services are working (calling/texting/data) then it's safe to ignore any errors.
Also because of PM's website having caching problems, you're always advised to login using incognito/private mode or use another browser, or clear your cache/cookies first.
