Personally I have found google chrome incognito mode works well but I've also heard people have a lot of success with Internet Explorer

@jlangdale, it is not your fault. The self serve portal web design is pretty amateurish. It is fraught with errors and compatibility issues on all browser platforms. The usual workaround is to cycle through the browser options and hope one work and it usually does.

Nevermind it's just Firefox. I was using Firefox because someone said that different browsers may work better with the payment form.

Now when I click on the change plan button, I see a page with no plans.
