I am frustrated with the SIM activation failure. During the process it gave me error, some time on first step, other time on 2nd step. It is never be more frustrated to activate a SIM online. Please somebody help.

Did you purchase the sim card at a third party? If you did they may have not activated the sim card and just charged for it.

Try deleting browser history/cashe.
Or use google chrome incognito mode

First, try using a different browser, and also incognito mode.
