Number ported from Koodo Mobile (postpaid account), but activation failed. Also, can't login to my account I created during activation. Anyone can help?

Did you confirm to the text with the Koodo SIM in your phone that you are porting your old number over to PM?

If you didn’t that is why you can’t login to your account.

The old Koodo SIM will still work if porting was not completed.

Your phone is not connecting to the network at all?  or it connects, it can make outgoing calls but just cannot receive incoming?

 

And , any chance you have made a charge back to any Koodo or PM's payment on your credit card?
