I am not sure how to add Friends to the Friends list, please help.
Is it by name or phone number only?

I don't believe that the Community freind list does anything other than provide a link to that person's profile.  I haven't tried it though, and I think that only few have.

As for this thread, I only assumed that this was referrals because the member posted this in the rewards category.

@Jillybean123 Referred friends are listed in the rewards section of your self serve account.  Click on where it says My Rewards.  Click on the arrows next to where it says Total Rewards.  Under Refer-a-Friend Reward, it will list partial phone numbers of anyone you have referred.

@Jillybean123 Click on the username of your future friend, and then, the button "friend" of the right side of the page.

@Jillybean123 you do it by visiting your friend's profile page.  There's a "friend" button there. 

On the other hand, I don't think many people use this feature much.

You will have to give them your code before they sign up
