We activated our account and forgot to use the refer a friend code, can we apply it after we activated our account?

No sweat just contact a CS_Agent and explain to them that you forgot to add your friends referral code.
If you activated your SIM yesterday (May 24) and signed up for a $35/month or higher plan, you can get 2gb bonus data for 6 months by using 6MONTH2GB promo code. Just mention this to the CS_Agent while you are in contact with them.
The promo does not apply to the $15 or $25/month plan.
If you purchased your SIM from PM, the deadline for this promo is June 3. 😉

They almost always will do it manually for you. You will need the friend to connect with the CSA though. Make sure that the code is correct as well (letters and numbers accurate, etc)

@justdave3 you will have to check with PM Support. They are very understand and if it is an honest mistake, they will usually help.
Have the one who just joined to open ticket with PM :
