I signed on one month plan a week ago, but my phone frequently shows no service , even a couple of times a day, quite often when I wanted to use it, it shows no services, is there anyone knows what is going on?

What make and model of phone do you have? Who was your previous service provider? Did you have any problems with loss of service with your previous provider or with this particular phone?

Not saying this will solve your issue perhaps it's your phone that could be the culprit but it's always a good idea to reboot your phone. I personally do it at least once in a 24 hour period

There were service related issues last week but they have been resolved. Try using another phone if you have one or switch slot if you have a second one.

You could try putting a small piece of tape over the SIM card to improve the connection. If you are still having issues then you may need to contact a moderator https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Hi, are you in an area with poor or weak Telus service reception? Was your old provider on the Telus or Rogers network?
