I joined PM last week and got a free sim. I went today to open an account for my father and got a free sim again. I asked why I did not have to pay $10 for the sim.
The customer rep advised that it was an unadvertised promotion because a new kiosk had opened in Metrotown. I asked how long is the promotion. He said he had no idea. It is free for now.
