I received the 1 G free data and a couple days later, my monthly renewal went through. Now my data has been stopped because it was ‘used up’ except it was the free data not my usual 8.5 G for the month. I know I haven’t used 9.5 G in 5 days as I re-set the counter on my phone when it renews. How do I get hold of someone to fix that?

This has been happening a bit recently unfortunately.
This link might get you to the new-fangled form. If you get a 404 then it stopped working.
