If you port your PM number to another provider, your account will be canceled after PM released your number to your new provider.
Before releasing your number, PM will send you a confirmation text message first. If you did not reply YES to the PM number port confirmation message, you PM number is still with PM. That may be the reason why PM server continues to charge you cc every 30 days to renew your plan.
Is your PM SIM is still working?
If yes,
1. login to your self-server account and delete your autopay cc. Your account will be suspended on your next renewal date. You PM SIM will not working after suspension. 90 days after suspension, your account will be canceled.
2. There is a quick way to cancel your account by porting out your number to another provider.
Please provide more info.

@Corey4 -
If you do not have have access to your self serve account any longer and your account is closed, explain this to Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them below. Ensure they remove any payment card on their and report any charges you think are fraudulent.
1 - Faster use this link to: Get Help With SIMon the Public Mobile chatbot
OR
2 – Slower - Use this link to:
Contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:

You could also reach out to a CSA bc if it is an erroneous charge they can proceed with a refund as well

Deactivated? Or suspended? If you have the Public sim in a phone and dial 611 what do you get? If deactivated then I would get the credit card company to reverse the charges. If suspended then maybe you want to restart the account.
But if you have no business here then just charge it back.

How was your account deactivated? Did you port your number out? Is your cc on file on autopay?
