I'm confused as you are logged into the Community. Did you have a seperate account? The old Community account password doesn't absolutely need to be reset, but there is an option to do that at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/authentication/forgotpasswordpage?dest_url=https:%2F%...
As for your Self Serve account, before doing anything else, please first try going to: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

You should remove any personal info by clicking on the three dots. Have you tried the forgot password link ? If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator.
