Is there a way to contact an agent or something.
my sons plan did not renew with my auto pay. I wanted to go change the plan but it’s been so long since I logged into his account. I can’t remember a email or password. Can anyone help me

To change plans, you need to login your account on the PM app or website then go to Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. It will list all plans you are eligible to change to. Note that plans are different for each members.
Remember to change plan on your Next Renewal Date so you won’t be charge for your old plan plus the new plan.

If I dial 611 it will let me make a payment with current plan. I would like to change the plan

You can dial 611 on his phone or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from your phone but you need the PIN to access the payment.
