I need to speak to someone because the only info i have is my phone number. I have forgotten my username and I cannot log in.

@levitompkins23 :If your community email same as your self serve email, you can check it by clicking on your avatar icon in top right corner.

@levitompkins23 : Did you activate in a store? Or yourself online? If in store did you set up the self-serve account?
Look in all your inboxes for the Welcome email from when you activated. That email address is your login username. Then try the Forgot your password? link.
If you activated in store and you didn't set up the self-serve account then you can create the self-serve account by clicking on My Account in the upper right and then on the right side click create account.
