@tuttyfrutti First try to use Forgot Password link on the login page. Just any all the possible email addresses and see which one get the PM email in the end
If that still does not work, then you will have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to sort this out for you:

@tuttyfrutti Hi check your emails that you use for your welcome email from public when he joined maybe in spam folders if not
you need to to contact a customer service agent for account email reset or change

2. alternatively you can private message them here
check your community envelope for a reply
