@Harikumar64 , after you find out which email address & password you used for your “My Account” please make notes of all the information on your account for future reference including the pin # that you created when setting up your Public Mobile account & keep it in a safe place. Also, make sure you use the same email address that you use here in your “Community Account “ on your “My Account “ that way when you need help from a Customer Support Agent (CSA) it will get dealt with faster to verify yourself!

@Harikumar64 - since I see your community account is new, did you perhaps activate in store once upon a time? If you did, it is possible you did not register for a My Account.
So if this is the case, you can register for one with a customer support agent by submitting a ticket with customer support (links provided by @softech ), or you can go to Chatbot at bottom of community page to create a ticket too...type "create My Account".

in all honesty, how many possible email addresses could there be that you might have used?
One of the easiest way to determine which one it is is to simply search the words “public mobile” in any of the possible email address accounts search bar, and the one which creates a hit to public mobile is the one you activated with.
(ADDING: the above might only be useful if you don’t have multiple accounts with public mobile under various email addresses…)

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
If you are unable to self reset the password, PM support will be able to help

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Conduct a search in all possible email addresses for the Welcome to PM email.
If all fails, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account when all credentials are confirmed.
