I am unable to login to either the app or through the browser.
I get the Forbidden A1 every time.
My email address is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Please help.

For “Forbidden A1” error, you need to contact CSA, please send a message to the CS Agent through the following link ( it could take longer time)

How do you clear app storage settings?!?!
I'm not familar with iOS, but in Android, it's in the Application settings. In the lastest version of stock Android, the first menu is called Apps. From there, select the Public Mobile app and go into Storage and Cache.

If using the Self Serve website, use incognito/private/inprivate mode.
If you're using the Public Mobile, try clearing the app's storage setttings before logging in.
