After paying for my plan, I was unable to login. It has been over a week. I still have not ported my number over yet.

It appears that both the website and mobile application underwent maintenance yesterday. Should be working now 👍

Are you using the app? Can you uninstall and install again? If still nothing, can you submit a ticket here.

I'm able to login and post here, but when i click "my account" i get the forbidden a1 error.
