If you are having issues connecting to PB, i have a fix. (Yes its terribly drawn but you are welcome.)
Step 1. Tap Settings And Then Sim Cards And Mobile Networks
Step 2. Turn off VoLTE And Tap your PB Sim Card
Step 3: Tap Preferred Network Type
Step 4: Select "Prefer 3G" And thats it.
And That's it. Hope this could help someone out there. It worked for my Redmi Note 3 And im sure it can work for you.

It should not apply to you. If you have the N3P that is getting proper 4G LTE connection, it means that you have the variant that supports our Canadian LTE bands (AWS 1700/2100). Some China-market models don't support these bands which results in issues connecting to the network here in Canada.

should also work for those "Chinese Phones" With different bands, oh well glad i can help 🙂
