Hi,
I tried to port over my phone number from Fido but the port has been incomplete for a week now, Both my sim cards have my number, but the Public Mobile sim can not receive any incoming messages/calls, only can send outgoing, my Fido sim works completely. I tried contacting the mods, but no reponse yet. Please help me fix this, my new cycle is in 4days for Fido and i do not want to be charged more!

Its been almost 2 weeks now heard nothing.... tried messaging on twitter, private message, form post, support email.... my fido bill is about to renew in a couple hours.... can any mods help me get my port fixed/completed.

the mods are still working on the backlog...but since it has been a week i would:
1. either re-send a private message to one of the mods
or
2. if you have twitter, send them a tweet ( which i have heard gets a much faster reply )
